Guests get one theater from 11:30pm-7:00am, with a server to take care of you until 2am.  After 2am, a manager will be the only staff member present on premise for the entirety of the party.  A single movie is included in the party package.  Additional films can be added for an additional cost.  Additional rooms would require purchase of an additional full package.

The kitchen will be open from 12am-2am, if you choose to include a food package in the party booking.  See below for food package options.  Outside food and drink is not permitted in the theater. 

We do not provide a cake, but guests are welcome to bring one if the occasion calls for it.  If you bring a cake, you will also need to bring your own birthday candles.

We provide generic paper products, but guests are welcome to bring in themed items such as themed plates, placemats, etc.  Balloons are not permitted due to the height of our ceilings.

A 50% deposit is required to book the party; everything else is paid for the day of the party. Payment by cash or credit card is preferred; no personal checks are accepted and Cinema Cafe does not invoice.

Food package prices do NOT include tax and gratuity.  Those factors are calculated the day of the party, and added to the bill then.

The Events Office receives movie schedules on Wednesday for the week starting that Friday.  Movie weeks run Friday to Thursday.  We cannot guarantee movie selections and time before that time.  Please see below for specific details on party time availability based on the location you would like to book at.
